
In 2010, Enver designed, planned and managed a project within the Erasmus Lifelong Learning Programme “Leonardo da Vinci”, aimed at integrating innovative methods and tools into vocational adult education. After that, he took part in the preparation and implementation of the EU project CAP “GRASS Croatia”, which was fully approved by the European Commission (DG AGRI) and achieved all planned results. Through these projects he acquired and practically applied knowledge in EU policies, results‑oriented project management, public procurement in line with the Public Procurement Act, and financial management of EU projects, which he now systematically transfers through his training activities.
Enver works as an independent entrepreneur, which gives his trainings an additional and clearly recognisable proactive methodology. Since 2019, he has organised and delivered more than 120 public and in‑house seminars and webinars, systematically supporting kindergartens and schools in preparing, applying for and implementing Erasmus+ projects in the 2014–2020 and 2021–2027 programme periods. As a result of these trainings, more than 40 Erasmus+ projects have been approved, with many schools taking on the role of project coordinator for the first time. A particular added value is his ability to build international consortia, including support for schools that do not have a sufficient command of the English language.
Through his own entrepreneurial experience and proactive approach to professional development, he shares with participants not only project knowledge, but also strategic skills in planning, decision‑making and taking responsibility, which are crucial in real project and business environments. This practical orientation is exactly what distinguishes his trainings from traditional theoretical approaches. The combination of hands‑on experience in preparing and implementing Erasmus+ and other EU projects, project‑based learning, and a clear link between theory and concrete real‑life examples makes him an exceptionally competent and convincing trainer who empowers participants to apply their newly acquired knowledge independently and with confidence.
